Cutting and chopping food directly on your quartz can be tempting because quartz is durable and hard, but it is not recommended.
Your quartz counters will become damaged if you use excessively acidic or alkaline cleaners. Run and get a wet cloth dipped in water and mild detergent to clean up any spills.
